Those crops grown or contracted for DALIAN SPRING ORGANIC have full history and traceability. Our systems ensure we can trace every step from farm to client delivery.
6.Excellent processing standard
Establish the factory as the ISO and HACCP standard, all infrastructures, logistics and equipments are accordant with the requirements for the foods.
7.HACCP Procedure
Rigorously carry out HACCP certified. Establish the whole quality control system on daily processing records, education and training, internal control, quality tracing and label identification.
8.Product Analysis
During the processing, we have a test and analysis for products from the raw materials to cleaning and packing.
9.sanitation
Carry out activities according to the sanitation system.
10.Lab Analysis
Products are evaluated by laboratory analysis for all aspects of quality to ensure that finished products achieve their physical and microbiology standards. Chemical characteristics such as pesticide residue, heavy metal content amongst others are also tested to ensure they achieve the required standards. These tests and analysis are carried out with our own laboratory and with two independent foreign owned or registered laboratories.
